Refund policy

We want you to love your pieces. However if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel, we aim process your refund request within 7 working days of receiving your return. All returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in the original packaging with all the tags attached. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item to us, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.
